MOORE, Oklahoma –
Three Moore Police officers were put on administrative leave while detective investigate an in-custody death from overnight. The family of the man who died said police beat him badly and they recorded it with a cell phone camera.
Nair Rodriguez and her daughter Lunahi told News 9 they got into an argument at the Warren Theater around midnight. Nair said she slapped her daughter then stormed away. Her husband, Luis, chased after her. That was when the family said officers confronted Luis Rodriguez and asked to see his identification.
According to Lunahi and Nair, he tried to bypass the officers to stop his wife from driving off because she was so angry. They said officers took him down and it escalated.
Lunahi Rodriguez said that five officers beat her father to death right in front of her, in the parking lot of the movie theater.
“When they flipped him over you could see all the blood on his face, it was, he was disfigured, you couldn’t recognize him.”
By the time it was all over, Nair Rodriguez said that she knew her husband was dead.
“I saw him. His [motionless] body when people carry it to the stretcher,” she explained. “I knew that he was dead.”
Nair says her husband was only trying to defuse the fight she was having with her daughter. She said when police asked her about it she told them what happened.
“I told them I hit her and he was just trying to reach me. Why didn’t they arrest me?”
Lunahi added, “My mom was taking a video and asking, ‘What are they doing this for? Why?’ And they didn’t give really an explanation.”
Rodriguez told News 9 that police took her phone with the recording on it. Another family member provided News 9 with an audio recording she said was taken when that happened. The family hoped Luis would pull through, so they waited for news at the hospital.
“Two hours passed. They finally called her up to say, ‘Oh you could see him,’ but it turned out it was a lie. They moved his body elsewhere,” said Lunahi.
The family told News 9 they would hire an attorney.
Raphael Lemkin was the jewish founder of the term genocide. Read this piece about how the Holodomor came about and why, and pay particular attention to the fourth step of how the Jewish communists set about destroying the Ukraine, then stop and think about your own nations and what is happening to them in relation to the fourth step detailed here, parallels can be seen in alot of it but particularly that fourth step.
Lemkin on the Genocide against the Ukrаіnians:
SOVIET GENOCIDE IN UKRAINE
What I want to speak about is perhaps the classic example of Soviet genocide, its longest and broadest experiment in Russification the destruction of the Ukrainian nation.
As long as Ukraine retains its national unity, as long as its people continue to think of themselves as Ukrainians and to seek independence, so long as Ukraine poses a serious threat to the very heart of Sovietism. It is no wonder that the Communist leaders have attached the greatest importance to the Russification of this independent[-minded] member of their “Union of Republics,” have determined to remake it to fit their pattern of one Russian nation. For the Ukrainian is not and has never been, a Russian. His culture, his temperament, his language, his religion – all are different.
Ukraine is highly susceptible to racial murder by select parts and so the Communist tactics there have not followed the pattern taken by the German attacks against the Jews. The nation is too populous to be exterminated completely with any efficiency. However, its leadership, religious, intellectual, political, its select and determining parts, are quite small and therefore easily eliminated, and so it is upon these groups particularly that the full force of the Soviet axe has fallen, with its familiar tools of mass murder, deportation and forced labor, exile and starvation.
The attack has manifested a systematic pattern, with the whole process repeated again and again to meet fresh outburst of national spirit. The first blow is aimed at the intelligentsia, the national brain, so as to paralyze the rest of the body.
Going along with this attack on the intelligentsia was an offensive against the churches, priests and hierarchy, the “soul” of Ukraine. Between 1926 and 1932, the Ukrainian Orthodox Autocephalous Church, its Metropolitan (Lypkivsky) and 10,000 clergy were liquidated.
The third prong of the Soviet plan was aimed at the farmers, the large mass of independent peasants who are the repository of the tradition, folk lore and music, the national language and literature, the national spirit, of Ukraine. The weapon used against this body is perhaps the most terrible of all – starvation. Between 1932 and 1933, 5,000,000 Ukrainians starved to death, an inhumanity which the 73 rd Congress decried on May 28, 1934. There has been an attempt to dismiss this highpoint of Soviet cruelty as an economic policy connected with the collectivization of the wheatlands, and the elimination of the kulaks, the independent farmers was therefore necessary. The fact is, however, that large-scale farmers in Ukraine were few and far-between. As a Soviet writer Kossior [error: Kosior was party boss of Ukraine – R.S.] declared in Izvestiia on December 2, 1933, “Ukrainian nationalism is our chief danger,” and it was to eliminate that nationalism, to establish the horrifying uniformity of the Soviet state that the Ukrainian peasantry was sacrificed. The method used in this part of the plan was not at all restricted to any particular group. All suffered – men, women, children. The crop that year was ample to feed the people and livestock of Ukraine, though it had fallen off somewhat from the previous year, a decrease probably due in large measure to the struggle over collectivization. But a famine was necessary for the Soviet[s] and so they got one to order, by plan, through an unusually high grain allotment to the state as taxes. To add to this, thousands of acres of wheat were never harvested, were left to rot in the fields. The rest was sent to government granaries to be stored there until the authorities had decided how to allocate it. Much of this crop, so vital to the lives of the Ukrainian people, ended up as exports for the creation of credits abroad.
In the face of famine on the farms, thousands abandoned the rural areas and moved into the towns to beg [for] food. Caught there and sent back to the country, they abandoned their children in the hope that they at least might survive. In this way, 18,000 children were abandoned in Kharkiv alone. Villages of a thousand had a surviving population of a hundred; in others, half the populace was gone, and deaths in these towns ranged from 20 to 30 per day. Cannibalism became commonplace.
The fourth step in the process consisted in the fragmentation of the Ukrainian people at once by the addition to the Ukraine of foreign peoples and by the dispersion of the Ukrainians throughout Eastern Europe. In this way, ethnic unity would be destroyed and nationalities mixed.
These have been the chief steps in the systematic destruction of the Ukrainian nation. Notably, there have been no attempts at complete annihilation, such as was the method of the German attack on the Jews. And yet, if the Soviet program succeeds completely, if the intelligentsia, the priests and the peasants can be eliminated, Ukraine will be as dead as if every Ukrainian were killed, for it will have lost that part of it which has kept and developed its culture, its beliefs, its common ideas, which have guided it and given it a soul, which, in short, made it a nation rather than a mass of people. The mass, indiscriminate murders have not, however, been lacking – they have simply not been integral parts of the plan, but only chance variations. Thousands have been executed, untold thousands have disappeared into the certain death of Siberian labor camps. […]
This is not simply a case of mass murder. It is a case of genocide, of destruction, not of individuals only, but of a culture and a nation. Soviet national unity is being created, not by any union of ideas and of cultures, but by the complete destruction of all cultures and of all ideas save one, the Soviet.

The first-hand knowledge of one scientist, responsible for helping to develop two vaccines for human papillomavirus (HPV), including Gardasil, interestingly led her to vocally question the vaccines’ safety and effectiveness before backtracking and denying she ever questioned them. She says that the vaccines are just as dangerous, if not more so, than the disease they are meant to prevent, all while thousands of children as young as 9 are being given the vaccine, sometimes without parental consent.
Dr. Diane Harper was a key developer of the Gardasil HPV vaccine. Beginning in 2009 she voiced several concerns about the vaccine and its counterpart Cervarix, saying they caused more harm than good.
In an article published by CBS News, Dr. Harper says, “The rate of serious adverse events (from Gardasil) is on par with the death rate of cervical cancer. Gardasil has been associated with at least as many serious adverse events as there are deaths from cervical cancer developing each year.”
She also said the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) knowingly downplays the dangers of HPV vaccines by under-reporting adverse events including deaths. She even went so far as to say the vaccine does nothing, that it doesn’t even reduce the incidence of cervical cancer.
Not only did Dr. Harper call into question the effects of Gardasil, but she questioned the need for it at all, saying at the 4th International Public Conference on Vaccination in 2009 that the majority of HPV infections “resolve themselves” in as little as a year, with a very small percentage of those infected displaying symptoms.
Unfortunately, you won’t hear any more of these soundbites and quotes from Dr. Harper. Within the last few years, she has said all of them were made up, that none of the quotes attributed to her were correct. In other words, she wants us to believe the vaccines are not only safe, but also effective, and that there must be a mass effort specifically targeting her for misinformation.
What’s been said cannot be unsaid and Dr. Harper’s former opinions were printed and/or heard in so many venues, it’s laughable to consider them all as misquotes. One has to wonder what happened to cause Dr. Harper to so suddenly change her tune.
HPV vaccines are being sold to the American public as a matter of life and death. They are marketed at parents as a potential lifesaving remedy that must be administered at a very young age. In some places, like California and Michigan, children are being given the vaccine without their parents’ knowledge or consent. These vaccines are far from safe and far from necessary, just ask a 2009 Dr. Harper.

Hours before dying in a fiery car crash, Rolling Stone journalist Michael Hastings told his neighbor he believed his Mercedes had been tampered with, according to a report.
Hastings, a swashbuckling war correspondent known for taking on powerful figures, had told several friends he believed the government was watching him in the weeks before his death on June 18 in Los Angeles. But in a lengthy profile by LA Weekly, Hastings’ neighbor Jordanna Thigpen says he knocked on her door after midnight and asked to borrow her Volvo because he was afraid to drive his own car.
“He was scared, and he wanted to leave town,” she told the weekly newspaper. She declined, saying her car was in need of repairs.
Thigpen had become friends with Hastings after the writer, known for his coverage of wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, moved into her apartment building overlooking Hollywood. She said Hastings’ behavior grew “increasingly erratic” and that he thought helicopters circling over their building were there to keep a watchful eye on him.
“Nothing I could say could console him,” said.
Earlier this week, a toxicology report was released showing that he had traces of amphetamines and marijuana in his system. Family members had said that Hastings — who suffered from addiction problems in the past — had recently suffered a relapse
Police are investigating a sensational claim that the SAS was involved in the death of Princess Diana, reports Sean Rayment.
The allegation emerged at the second court martial of Sergeant Danny Nightingale, who was found guilty of illegally possessing a gun and ammunition.
It came in a letter to the elite unit’s commanding officer by the parents-in-law of a special forces sniper, known only as Soldier N, who was Sgt Nightingale’s former housemate and a key witness for the prosecution.
The letter said Solider N boasted the SAS “was behind Princess Diana’s death”.
The Ministry of Defence, the Royal Military Police and the Service Prosecuting Authority have known of its existence and the claim since it was sent in September 2011.
The seven-page hand-written letter – a copy of which has been seen by the Sunday People – also makes allegations over Soldier N’s behaviour towards his wife and her family following the collapse of the couple’s marriage.
It is understood that the SAS passed the letter to the Service Prosecuting Authority prior to the start of the Sgt Nightingale trial.
The letter says: “He (Soldier N) also told her (his wife) that it was the XXX who arranged Princess Diana’s death and that has been covered up.”
Scotland Yard said: “The Metropolitan Police Service is scoping information that has recently been received in relation to the deaths of Diana, Princess of Wales and Dodi Fayed and assessing its relevance and credibility.
“The assessment will be carried out by officers from the Specialist Crime and Operations command.”
The former Harrods owner Mohamed Fayed has long maintained the car crash that killed Diana, his son Dodi – who was her lover – and their driver Henri Paul in Paris on August 31, 1997, was a conspiracy involving the British state.
A 2008 inquest jury returned an unlawful killing verdict.
It was a tip-off from Soldier N’s estranged wife that led to a Glock 17 pistol being found in Nightingale’s room at a Hereford house the SAS colleagues shared.
Soldier N pleaded guilty to possessing another Glock, a grenade and ammunition. He was sentenced to two years in jail.
Nightingale, 38, from Crewe, Cheshire, was sentenced to two years’ military detention, suspended for 12 months, after being found guilty at a retrial last month.
His initial 18-month sentence was quashed after a campaign by wife Sally.
The MoD said: “This is a matter for the civilian police authorities.”

Scientists have developed a ‘death test’ that can tell people how long they have to live.
The non-invasive procedure involves applying a painless laser pulse to the surface of the skin through a wristwatch-style device.
This measures how a person’s body will decline with age by analysing endothelial cells, the Sunday Times reports.
These cells line the smallest blood vessels – capillaries – in our bodies and respond to complex activity elsewhere in the body.
By measuring the oscillations within the cells, the scientists say they can calculate the length of time before death and also test for diseases including cancer and dementia.
The result is graded from 0 for death to 100 for optimum functioning with the predictions becoming more accurate as more data is added.
A user-friendly version of the system is expected to be completed within the next three years.
The test was developed by two physics professors from Lancaster University, Aneta Stefanovska and Peter McClintock, with the help of grants from medical charities and government research bodies.
Professor Stefanovska is credited with inventing the method of analysing endothelial reactivity.
‘I am hoping we will build a database that will become larger and larger, so every person person measured can be compared against it,’ she said.
‘We will then be in a position to tell them the values [that] predict a certain number of years.’
